O que o TopTip alterou

• Filtramos o recorte: carregamos só os registros do Brasil e, de cada um, guardamos quinze campos — identidade, nome, categorias, endereço, localidade, região, CEP, país, coordenadas, as três datas do provedor e os indicadores do provedor sobre questões ainda não resolvidas no registro. Telefone, site, redes sociais e horários foram deliberadamente recusados.
• Reindexamos os registros sob identidade própria do TopTip. O identificador da Foursquare é preservado como procedência e nunca vira identidade de um Lugar do TopTip.
• Transformamos cada registro num pacote canônico (RFC 8785) e o resumimos por SHA-256, para que qualquer alteração posterior seja detectável.
• Não redistribuímos o dataset: nenhuma exportação em massa e nenhuma interface que permita reconstruí-lo.
